"This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. It was super nice when I first stayed here about 25 years ago and is still in good shape and very appealing. Everyone has been very nice, except one woman behind the front desk refused to address my concern about getting my outside coffee warmed up in the microwave. She told me I had to go through room service. After I explained to her about common sense and efficiency, with the break room about twenty feet from the front desk, she eventually acquiesced. That is the big negative about my entire two week stay, so you can see nearly everything was great. Many dozens of restaurants close by with many options. I even tried Jollibee's with great satisfaction and used GRAB for the first time. Excellent hotel with nice spa and pool and on premises restaurants, a Buffett and Chinese restaurant and a bar food restaurant. The mattress was a little hard for my liking, but I would stay here again without hesitation."
