Great bed and bedding. Some confusion about room readiness at check in, despite being booked months in advance. Location great for airport - except it would help a lot if the walking route (over an enclosed footbridge) was prominent when booking. Easy access to the Newport Mall for for and other choices (good given the steep price of food in the hotel)

While already checked-in in Sheraton, I booked this extra room for my sister and her family. I asked for a portable extra bed, and it came right away. The place is big and clean. Well located hotel near international airport. Offers shuttle bus to bridge that connects to terminal 3 (10-15 minute walk to departures). Connected to Newport Mall and Casino.
