"SABINO" 1 Bdrm Suite
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at the Stone House for 3 days in July and had a wonderful time. Jane, our host, was great: kind and generous, friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfasts were deliscious and Jane accomodated my gluten free needs with ease. The house was immaculate, and quiet. Our room was very spacious and the bed soooo comfortable. We walked to Popham Beach and back for a lovely day at the ocean. We want to return!!"
Driftwood Studio Beachfront cottage right in the Dunes
10/10 Excellent
"I’ve seen this beach house advertised for years and last year my husband and finally booked it for three nights last September and I fell in love! Not only with the cottage but its beach. I grew up in the 70’s and my grandmother and I would take her camper and stay at the camp site on popham beach. That’s where my love for popham began! Back when I was little there was an ice cream shop right in the beach!! It got washed away a few times in my childhood but it always returned. So sad it is no longer there. Anyway, yes I recommend this cottage and loved it so much my daughter and I stayed in June for three nights. This will always be my go to spot for vacation!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Communication with the manager was great and responses were quick and helpful! Thanks again! "
"The place is amazing with lots of room for a family, and great views of the water from almost everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and the people were very friendly. "
Driftwood Oceanfront Cottage at Popham Beach Spectacular views from every room
10/10 Excellent
"This cozy cottage is in the beautiful town of Phippsburg, next to the break-taking beach of Popham State Park. With its site on the ocean shore, the sound of waves soothes your soul, and the beach lends all kinds of opportunities for exploring both at low tide and high tide. Our host and hostess were very responsive to our needs, and my daughter and I greatly enjoyed out stay."
"I was born and raised in Maine but now live in Florida. Took my husband and showed him where I’m from. Loved the house. Everything was perfect for us. Much needed break, couldn’t have been happier "
"It literally felt like I was invading someone’s room. There was a dirty paint bucket in the kitchen sink, a garbage bag with a lantern in it on the bed with other things that didn’t belong on it, then someone’s shoes in the middle of the room when I walked in. Oh and the so called wall in between the gallery and your private space? They’re SHUTTERS! You can slide a phone between the door cracks to record!!!!! The floor was filthy! There was sawdust all over the rug and near the bed. Then when I wanted to take a shower before bed there were only dirty, used towels hanging on the back of the door and a used Facecloth by the sink. There was nicely a new toothbrush. The bed was cozy.In the morning the coffee pods were fine but the sugar was old and clumped. I’ve never taken the time to go into this much detail to forewarn someone before booking but their listing isn’t transparent so someone should be! "
