The hotel is very peaceful and quiet, hotel is spotlessly clean. And the restaurant serves excellent food, The Hotel is around 26 minutes to bath & 40 minutes to Bristol . This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel & we have always been happy with our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. We arrived during another heatwave of 35 degrees, there was a little fan in the room which didn’t do much unfortunately! Could do with bigger fans (or air con) but not specifically the hotels fault due to unusual weather.

On arrival I found that I had neglected to ask for a ground floor room due to an issue using stairs at the moment. The receptionist kindly moved me immediately to a ground floor room with no issues at all. She was really helpful and understood the issue. The room was spacious and clean but due to the nature of my stay I didn't use any of the other facilities.
