"Clean rooms. They are remodeling so things are a bit disjointed. Bathroom in our room was redone, but the desk chair was really ratty.

"GORGEOUS rooms, dining, and lobby areas. The restaurant (Kindred) was the best meal I've had in years. Every member of staff we interacted with was so wonderful and friendly. I will never stay anywhere else in Lansing when we visit now, this place was absolutely perfect! "
