Silver Beach Hotel

"Property was dated. Breakfast was very basic - nothing hot besides bagels. Pool was cold and looks like there is a hot tub and sauna but neither were open/working. Tv was also very old. The location is good though and beds are comfy. "

"This was my 6th time at this hotel over the last 3 years. The staff is great, the rooms are super clean, the pool area is clean and everything works as should. The hotel is walkable distance to everything in town. Extra parking area in the back is great for large vehicles or vehicles towing trailers. The ONLY reason I gave less than 5 stars this time was that our bathroom door got stuck Everytime it was closed. My kids couldn't get in or out the bathroom door without an adult present to bodyslam it open. The hallway REEKED of marijuana the entire 48 hrs we were there. But honestly, for the price, the pool, and walk-ability, I still definitely recommend this hotel compared to others in town and will still stay there again."

"The staff that we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The beach area was very nice. There were plenty of chairs/loungers and towels were provided. We enjoyed how breakfast was delivered to the door. The only complaint was the room itself. The bathroom had a faint smell of urine to the point where we were compelled to purchase a room spray. My comforter had a blood stain on the underside which I didn’t discover until the following morning which is very disgusting but when I found housekeeping they gave me a clean one for the following night. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would still come again."

10/10 Excellent

"The area looked a little sketchy but it was fine. Rooms were big , clean and nice. Staff was warm and helpful. The homeless outside the windows were just sleeping. The rate for holding your bag was 15 per bag and 50 early check in. A little ridiculous. The vending machines were empty."
