"First of all, Charlie was great! We had major train delays and didn’t arrive until the middle of the night/very early morning and he was so nice to reach out with concern. He was very welcoming and quick to assist when we had issues with the heat. The welcome treats were fantastic! Much more than I’ve ever seen at other rentals. This was a great location for my group of 5. The common living area was nice sized and allowed us to gather together, yet have our space. I’d definitely book again,...

"I can't recommend this apartment more. There were 6 of us and it worked out perfectly. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the provisions needed. It's as cute as the pictures show. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet and dark, great for sleeping. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants we booked. We did ride the bus a couple times too. The bus stop was right outside the front door. Leo's Beanery was right next door. What a great...

"We enjoyed our stay at 3 Alan Park. Very centrally located. We were able to drive to the national forest one day, go to Glenock one day, go to Saint Andrews one day. Easy walk to Sterling Castle. The hosts were very good to respond. We had a little issue finding parking at first, but figured it out with their help. As the hosts have mentioned, if you don’t do stairs, this is not the apartment for you. The kitchen had everything you need. Wi-Fi worked great."

"Poorly maintained, master bedroom door handle was on top of the cupboard and the shower hose leaks. Not enough electrical sockets to provide power to laptop and lights. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Bed was very squeaky. Overall adequate for its purposes and met expectations. Wifi details provided were incorrect, but its on the hub so managed. TV was only usable with youtube as its the only service available that didn't require signing in. No live digital channels available. ...

"The cottage was amazing, everything we needed and more for a quiet weekend away as a family. The setting was beautiful. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future."
