"Staff were fantastic and very friendly, especially the waiter in the bar. Hotel is lovely and a nice touch having mulled wine and mince pies out for guests. Room was big and clean. Bed was very comfortable as were pillows and duvets. Nice touch having the leisure facilities although pool could have been slightly hotter. Perfect location for princes street, Christmas markets, George street and st James quarter. Fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. "

"The apartment was very clean, modern, and cozy. The location is excellent, at the end of the Royal Mile, very close to the Waverley Station. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores very close. The breakfast was good. Overall was a great experience, we enjoyed our stay and we would love to stay there again. "

"Always a friendly welcome here in this most amazing hotel in a perfect location. So much thought has gone into this hotel, a touch of luxury whilst maintaining it's friendly charm and the warmest of welcomes. Rooms have so many little touches, and perfect in every way. One star less for breakfast which has an amazing array of goodies to choose from including a full Scottish vegetarian option but no haggis, tattie scones, Lorne sausage etc on the non veggie version. Saying that though, breakfast was still amazing. A wonderful stay from start to finish. "
