"Not a 4 star standard of service or rooms. Not fully accessible to the road and buses etc. Staff extremely variable. Some friendly and efficient others disinterested and don’t deliver. For example empty handed staff walk down corridors littered with ice buckets plates etc and do nothing about it for hours. "We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM knowing we were very early for check in. We left our luggage with the woman at the desk and she helped us find a place nearby to have our laundry done. When we returned around 1:30, our room was ready. As a nice surprise, we were upgraded to a larger room."

"Bella la struttura esterna ma internamente molto confusa per organizzazione stanze e piani (rischio di perdersi assicurato), camere un po' antiquate nell'arredamento (bagno non all'altezza). Camere pulite. Staff della reception non particolarmente cortese e un po' superficiale (indicazioni non precise per la cena e i servizi ristorazione offerti dalla struttura). Lo staff del bar invece cortese ed accogliente. Colazione buona, ricca e varia."
