"The rooms were clean The bathrooms were also pretty clean. The front desk staff was absolutely phenomenal! They were incredibly helpful, friendly and informative! Keep in mind it is a hostel, where you are sharing the bathrooms with other people, but for what it is and the price, it was great. Right now we're staying down the street at a much nicer hotel but the front desk staff does not even compare to how wonderful they were at Kick Ass. In fact, I'm probably going to go in there tomorrow...

"We got a small cozy room with en-suite bathroom. It was neat. The hotel is mainly a hostel with a very few rooms with en-suite . But given the high cost of hotel rooms in Edinburgh in August , the price of this room was good . Can’t complain . Breakfast is provided by a restaurant opposite to the hotel . "

"The apartment was in a great location. There is no mention of the 2nd bedroom being on a mezzanine floor so working out who slept where was tricky as we had a couple, 2 brothers and a female friend. Also it would be handy to be able to store luggage in the building somewhere as we arrived in Edinburgh at 10.30am and had our backpacks with us until 3pm. "We loved our stay at the Court!! The only issue we had is that the elevator was broken, so we had to haul luggage up 4 flights of stairs. However, staff was helpful in getting luggage to the rooms, and helped us take them down at the end of our stay. Great food, great atmosphere, fun activities for all the travelers staying to get to know each other if they’d like to!"
