We absolutely loved this hotel. Location was fantastic for walking, staff were friendly, food and beer were great, and our room and shared spaces were fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was a great size with comfortable beds. Location is excellent: 5 min walk to the castle, and around a variety of shops and restaurants and a very safe area. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The only “con” is parking for the hotel, which is about a 15 min walk away, so can be challenging if driving.

This was a great accommodation for our family of 4. The communication before arrival was detailed and helpful; we had no issues checking in. The apartment gave us tons of space and had a full kitchen. The location right off the Royal Mile was amazing - we could walk to anywhere we wanted between Old Town and New town. I would definitely stay here again for a visit to Edinburgh.

Convenient location allowed us to walk to all the attractions, shops, and endless dining options. The staff was friendly, the bartender was a super hard worker and great at his job, and the rooms were clean. The hotel locks the gate at night so you have to use your key to get in, which is a nice feature for safety. If you are a light sleeper, it might be too noisy for you. Not from inside, but the people outside late at night (our room was facing the street). I found it entertaining and added to...

This is a wonderful hotel. We will definitely stay here on future trips. The location is ideal and the employees so responsive. Then beds were super comfortable, I just wish they offered a top sheet in addition to the duvet for the weird Americans that are used to that. I'm sure we could have asked for one. We just loved our suite. Top choice

Close to the Edinburgh castle, and transportation to airport. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Elevator does not reach the 3rd floor, a wee annoying but not a problem for us.

Everything was as presented: clean, well maintained, great location, easy access. Appliances are in great condition and instructions for use are very well put together. Recommendations provided were great, food at the 3 Bind Mice was outstanding (had to go twice). Rental unit was stunning and would re-book as well as recommend without hesitation. One suggestion for improvement, if there is some way to simplify the process for parking discount. The discount is a huge benefit and we were not able...

This was the perfect place to stay for myself, my daughter and her two small children ages 8 months and almost 3. It was a very central location and within walking distance of the Grass market,Chamber Street museum, Royal Mile, the Castle, the Meadows, Princes street gardens , George street and St Andrews square - perfect for walking. The children visited Bobby and Greyfriars Kirkyard every day, my grandson rode his scooter in Princes Street gardens and played in the park there, and to please...

Our experience with this apt was perfect. It’s got a great location. It’s in the middle of the royal mile. It’s about the same walking distance to both castles. Clear communication with the property management. It was extremely clean. It is in a secure building which made us feel like we were safe. Not that the area is rough by any means. I’m already trying to book it again next month. There isn’t any parking available but there is a parking garage just down the road. You don’t really need a car...

The apartment was clean, well-supplied, and well laid out. We left a few suggestions, but, overall, the appliances, pots, pans, etc. helped us eat at home without any real problems. The management was responsive to the minor problems we notified them about. The location is excellent, within a five-minute walk of the Royal Mile, near the University, and close to lots of good restaurants, three grocery stores (Tesco, Sainsbury, and Lidl), and many Fringe venues. The only drawback is the 27...

One street over from the Royal Mile. Nice, clean rooms. Pay attention to their warnings of no lift. Heavy suitcases were difficult up and down the stairs. If not an issue, a great place to stay!
