There was instead a plastic fan avaialble which perhaps proves that the staff were aware of of issue. Suite 15 is directly opposite the kitchen extractor fan which is on from before 5.00am until the kitchen closes at night & can easily be heard in the room. "I did not get use of the room as the hotel was locked up despite calling and leaving messages there was no reply . I had the inconvenience of having to travel 12 miles to find another hotel ."

"The staff really shine in this place. Excellent, friendly, helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were nice. The facility shows its age. There were some minor plumbing issues (shower drain backed up and toilet wouldn't flush easily). The staff responded quickly to our requests for help, but I don't think the problems were actually solved. I'd stay here again."
