"The staff was lovely, they were so friendly and accommodating. They even gave me free coconuts for drinking. The property is nice and good location. But my room bathroom definitely had mold visible on all walls and was just very unclean, nothing was even simply wiped down like the sink and shower glass. The bedroom was okay and clean but the bathroom was gross. "

Amazing service and food! Everything was taken care of before I could even ask. I traveled solo and they were sure to make me feel so welcome and pampered. Their chef Ansel is just the best. Each and every single dish I had was just phenomenal. They even sent me a recipe for one when I told them it was heaven! The activities from the hotel were so good as well. Convenient and reasonably priced. I had four spa treatments and each left me in complete relaxation and just…light. The property is clean and well taken care of. Their tea time at 4:30 is a full on spread. They have cocktails at happy hour which are buy one get one….and so many other things just complimentary for their guests. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Lombok. What you get for your money is incredible. "
