Good location,exelent city view from the 20 floor

this is a new constructed building and refurbishing in the building is on-going. Because of that all the areas around the apartments are very dirty (sand, wood, ceramic and other construction waist.) also due to water leakage in the main pipe -line the water supply was cut off.
