"Flavi & Chris manage this resort very well. Our apartment overlooked the lagoon so it was beautiful to step right on the sand during low tide and borrow a kayak or snorkel from the resort during high tide. We had a wonderful stay. Easy parking onsite. Def recommended and we will stay here again if we visit next. "

"3rd week here, my room wouldn't get hot water the whole time. Only a trickle of water with no pessure coming out of shower head, only luke-warm. No fresh towels available for 2 days as they were wet. Tv in chinese, remote too, fan goes off when light turned off. No fridge, noisy neigbourhood with roosters crowing all night and dogs barking nonstop. Also sounds from casino, non stop beeping all night and day. Some staff were nice, and helpful sometimes. "Couldn't have asked for more. Staff were excellent and made friendships with several. Room cleaned daily. Beautiful outlook to the bay. Restaurant meals were divine; we ate here every night for 7 nights. Great entertainment every night as well which was unexpected. 5 stars"

"Lagoon Gardens is by far the best place to stay in Port Vila. The lush gardens right on the lagoon create a peaceful and unique atmosphere. Morgan, Yvette, and the entire team were incredibly kind and always happy to help, whether it was booking tours or assisting with anything else we needed. The facilities are excellent: there’s a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor BBQ area, and free kayaks so you can explore the lagoon anytime you like. They also provide snorkeling gear, which you can take with you on your beach trips. We’d definitely come back without hesitation! It felt like home. "

"We stayed 6 nights in a garden bungalow! It was amazing, the photos on various sites are legit 3 pools, pool bar, lagoon access. Staff are super friendly and helpful Small tip, due to earthquakes the roads around the property are in poor condition, so when doing day trips better to leave early due to traffic and slow driving "
