"O Hotel tem serviços de qualidade, instalações muito bem conservadas, de extremo bom gosto. O atendimento é excepcional, assim como as refeições (apresentação e qualidade dignas de um excepcional chef de cozinha). Os inconvenientes são ter que ir de carro para as piscinas e demais lugares de interesse (vc anda vários quilômetros de carro dentro do condomínio), e a piscina não ser aquecida (alegam ser climatizada, mas ainda é gelada). Esse hotel merecia uma linda piscina perto dos quartos."

"Room was spacious and daily cleaning services were good, I liked the clean smell after they cleaned it. The conditions of the hotel are not great. I have stayed at this property before, 5 years ago. There are spots with mold, shower doors did not close properly, AC was barelyworking, fan was very noisy and mattress feels like it should have been replaced 4 years ago."

"This is an excellent property located in the middle of the countryside close to Brotas. It is very clean and most of the staff are extremely welcoming. We stayed for three nights with our dog. It is an extremely pet friendly hotel. Full board was offered and the quality of the food was very good. Vc chega recebe um número de controle na comanda, que não funciona, fomos abordados diversas vezes conferindo o nome de quem estava a reserva, uma situação desagradável.
