Amadeus apartment with lake view in Baveno

Amadeus apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the brand new Le Isole residential complex in Baveno. The entrance leads to the living room with lake views and direct access to the covered porch and garden. The living room is modernly furnished with a sofa that converts into a double bed, satellite TV, dining table for four people, and a modern open-plan kitchen with all appliances. The bedroom has a lake view, a large wardrobe and a double bed with access to the private garden. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. In front of the living room, under the covered porch, there is a table for four people, two deckchairs and outdoor seating. From this garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Borromean Islands. Taking the lift up to the roof terrace, you will find a beautiful swimming pool (SEASONAL OPENING) with a wonderful view of the gulf and the islands, where you can enjoy a marvellous panorama. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers available to all residents. On the ground floor, there is a reserved covered parking space in the communal garage. In front of the entrance to the residence, a few steps away, there is a small beach from where you can access the lake and approach it with a small boat. The complex is a 3-minute drive from the centre of Baveno and 2 minutes from Stresa, in a perfect location with an incredible view.

Der Pool war sehr schön. Jedoch war die Unterkunft im Verhältnis leider viel zu teuer. Bad sehr sehr klein, bei unserer Ankunft an einem Sonntag nicht ein einzelnes Blatt Toilettenpapier vorhanden, überall Spinnen und Spinnweben, die Straße sehr laut und lärmig (man konnte das Fenster über Nacht nicht geöffnet lassen), die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. So hat uns die Agentur auch die Kosten für die Bettwäsche und Handtücher (diese soll man auch noch selbst mitbringen..) erlassen. Alles in allem stehen für uns die Kosten der Unterkunft leider nicht in Relation zu dem, was man bekommt.

Séjour face aux îles Borromée, magnifique !

Arrivée idéale, logement facilement accessible. Place de parking clairement indiquée, un peu petite. Logement en rez-de-chaussée, lumineux, avec une vue à couper le souffle, encore plus belle de la piscine. Un peu bruyant avec le passage des voitures dans la rue. Bien équipé, cependant pas de micro onde, et manque quelques assiettes, petites cuillères et une poêle. Le ménage à notre arrivée n'était pas optimal, seul point vraiment négatif à améliorer. Le tarif de la location étant assez elevé, le ménage devrait être irréprochable. Séjour à Baveno inoubliable.
