"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. "A/C in room 100 was not working at all, someone looked at it and still not cooling. Should have washer and dryer’s for the guest to use. 50$ for 1 load of clothing not folded. All in all the stay was great, people were friendly and the hotel was beautiful and clean."
