"My sister and I brought our grandkids for 2 nights, we all had a great time just relaxing and playing yard games. Went swimming in a nice lake nearby that Sarah suggested. It was a fun little adventure walking through the woods on the path back to the beach area. Wilderness Zoo in Birch Run wasn't far away either. It was easy communicating with Sarah with any questions. Very cute setup at the camp."

We found the hotel to be in a perfect location off the high way. Hotel was very clean beds were super comfortable. Nice variety on the breakfast items -- a nice selection of toppings for the waffles and the homemade smoothies were a huge hit -- I give the breakfast a 10++ - we will definitely stay again when we travel through Bay City.

Service was exceptional. I had a small beetle in my room and admittedly overreacted big time but the girl at the front was awesome.
Offered to change me rooms and even refund me if I wanted but I switched rooms and it was great.

We had a GREAT stay here. What a great place!! Great location to the charming downtown area. We went for dinner at the sushi restaurant (phenomenal!) and we went to the farmers’ market, I went to the salon called Element (an aveda concept salon) and it was fabulous!! We had a pizza at Gratzi, went for a walk along the river walk... there is SO much to do that is only 2 blocks away from this hotel! It’s fabulous!!!
