"We enjoyed the ocean view room and property overall with amenities. Housekeeping always left us fresh new water bottles daily. There were plenty of toiletries provided in the room in bulk size to use for your stay. The Beach restaurant needs to be open until 9-10 pm . It currently closes at 7 pm. We would have loved to have a meal beach side for the evening or even snacks later by the pool while soaking in the outdoor atmosphere. Pricing for food items are very high. The pools are beautiful, it would be even better if the hours were extended to 10-11pm , at least a portion of the pool and the hot tub alone until 11 pm. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"We had a 5 night stay and it was amazing. The staff was incredible. The doors stay locked at all times and you have a code to enter which is nice. You are right in the heart of old San Juan. The complimentary bar was a huge plus. You can literally walk up to the bar and ask for any drink, alcohol or non, and it’s free. The rooftop lounge was very cozy and beautiful during day or night. If we ever return to PR, we will definitely stay here again. "
