"Sehr schönes modernes Hotel! Super Spa Bereiche, gutes Essen und vorallem sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Egal ob beim Check in, im Restaurant oder im spa Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl hier sehr willkommen zu sein und haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch Raphael aus dem spa, der extra für uns 30 Minuten früher zur Arbeit gekommen ist, damit wir alle eine Massage bekommen ( es war sonst alles ausgebucht)

"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help. Only one thing it’s a little far in the area if you use public transportation and also I was to pay breakfast via my booking app but wasn’t offered the option and paying at the hotel was a little more. "Es tut mir leid, aber es war insgesamt einfach schlecht. Zum positiven: Das Zimmer wirkte sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön gestaltet. Das Frühstückslokal sieht nett aus, ich kann es aber nicht beurteilen, da ich nicht frühstücke. Lage: Fußgängerzone, sehr zentral, dafür nicht anfahrbar.
Aber. Weder bei An- noch Abreise hilft jemand mit dem Gepäck oder hält auch nur die Tür auf, eine recht kleine und recht schwere Tür, ich kam mir schön blöd vor, wie ich sie mit einem Fuß aufgehalten und...

Amazing new hotel
"It was amazing for us. We needed a night stay in Passau and this place ticked all our boxes. Brand new hotel opened last year in the summer. Convenient location, clean, air conditioned room, spacious bathroom and underground free parking. And the cheapest in the area... "

"Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich.
Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig.
Alles in allem trotzdem ein angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt."

"We made a quick, unexpected, overnight stop here and it was great. There is a big covered parking area which was really convenient, especially unloading and loading our car in the snow and rain. The reception is not on the ground floor, but there is a big elevator to go up.
Rooms were clean, and the morning coffee was a welcome surprise. "
