"Where to start, while we were traveling to the property, I received a message saying the rental was ready for check in way before or slotted check in time. As this was a 12 hour drive, an unsolicited early check in was a huge WELCOME HOME! for our family as we were an hour or 2 ahead of schedule. "When we arrived the trash tote was full. Spoke to Kevin, he was all about getting it emptied . The neighbors were helpful, they just told us to take the tote to the road. Problem solved😊 I do feel like the linen situation was a bit sketchy, there was not enough towels or blankets for the amount of people we had. There were towels in a closet, marked with a note to not use. I also think the people before us had an issue because the stuff in the trash was bedding. We were honest about the number...
