We had booked a room and when we found out we wouldn’t make it the first night due to a flight cancelation I immediately called the property. Lots or restaurants and shops near by walking distance. The property was clean and staff very nice. The transportation was only $8 pp to cruise port.

This gotel is gorgeous, classy and in a well appointed area for walking, restaurants, shops and transportation pickups were a. Reeze. The rooftop pool and bar werent crowded and was in immaculate condition. The staff was very helpful, professional and always made us feel very welcome. We loved our stay here and will definitely book again to enjoy their Michelin star restaurant next time.

Our stay was great, we arrived 3 hours prior to check in and they checked in our luggage and we were able to check in 1.5 hour earlier. The Free Breakfast was great and location was great as well. Will recommend

This place is great, they have clean rooms and a beautiful pool with palm trees right next to the police station and 2 blocks from the beach, they also hold your luggage for free.

if you have never been to South Beach this is a fun place to go. real close to the beach and lots going on at night.

The property is well maintained and the staff is personable and helpful. We only stayed one night had dinner in the restaurant, Riverside. Then ate there again for breakfast which was delicious. The staff at Riverside was great 👍 👌. The only issue that we had was the city view room was a bit noisy in the evening with the rooms being above a main road and drawbridge but the view was AMAZING. I would definitely visit here again!!!! The staff was friendly the free breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast they even had a section that made omelets to your specification. The texting service was a great feature I was able to text to see if they had transportation to the cruise port for Virgin which they did for $12 per person. Funny story I can laugh at now😩. Clean space and free breakfast

Special place, I will definitely come back here again, nice location, posh environment, service is great, a group of professionals who pride themselves in offering the best. Beds are super comfortable, lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast service is better than lots of restaurants. A really elegant hotel. Some other hotels in the area may do well to follow their example-just saying...also really accessible to many places, within walking distance. Top spot and a new favourite!!!

Excellent hotel

Hotel was very nice, clean, room was clean, bed comfortable, beautiful room, great vibe, loved the amenities and restaurant. I will definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.
