"J'ai fait une réservation de derniere minutes via le site internet expedia mais malheureusement lors de notre arriver le gérant étais géné car la chambre que j'avais réservé n'était pas disponible. Heureusement il a trouvait une solution et nous a mis dans une autre chambre dans un autre bâtiment. Sa n'avais rien avoir avec la chambre réservé mais au moin ne me suis pas retrouvé a la rue avec mes 2 garçons. Merci a lui d'avoir trouvé une solution. "The staff were friendly and helpful; the location - close to the university - has plenty of facilities nearby and the locality has a buzzy, safe atmosphere. The room, bathroom and kitchen were squeaky clean and, as with all hotels in this chain, had everything needed for cooking. A great place to stay."

"Fantastic guest experience from arrival to departure. Location close to the autoroute. Plenty of free onsite parking. A very warm welcome from Margaret who was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Very clean and comfortable bedroom with good amenities. We used the pool. Could t rate the place and the team any higher. Thank you."

"We neglected to get parking instructions, so we parked on the street and had to drag our luggage a couple of blocks. Ask for the name of the underground parking almost right at their door. I can't recall the name of the front desk guy, but he was the most delightful Indian young man. He saw us coming across the square, with me pushing a walker, so he ran down the stairs and carried our luggage up the stairs while my husband helped me up. He was the most caring, outgoing front desk person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He spoke English with his lovely accent, apologizing for how rusty his English was. We were given two complimentary mocktails in the lovely bar they have, and met a bartender as charming at the front desk guy. Again, forgot his name, but he was Argentinian and spoke good English as wel. I loved the dark paint and wallpaper - very calming. In spite of being right in the middle of the action, our room was blessed silent. The tram station is right out front so you can just park your car and forget about it. We ate at the Brasserie du Ralliement occupying a grand old theatre just a few steps down from the hotel."

"I was attending an event at the IceParc so the location is great. The room is small but adequate and comfortable, and the kitchenette is very nice. The supermarket next day is convenient. I rated cleanliness lower because some kitchen utensils were not clean; I had to wash cutlery before using."
