"Very basic hotel Nothing special other than location"

"This property is in need of some renovations. Staff were kind and helpful. Restaurant onsite is not functional. I have stayed in many locations, Oakville needs some love."

"Ants in the bathroom. Called for it be cleaned, came back many hours later, ants still there. Went to desk after returning, guy came and cleaned it. Went back in washroom, found 3 more ants. He came back to clean them, still found 1. Next morning, found 5 more. Oh, and the trash bins were stilly not clean when we first came, and the guy didn’t clean it after I asked him to. We should have been given a different room. We were given free breakfast, which was pretty good actually, but I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The hotel was lovely and clean, however, there is NOT breakfast available. If you want breakfast you have to pay for it. It was misleading to read there is breakfast available, when in fact, it is not."
