"I feel myself going into song " I got my toes in the water my arse in the sand not a worry in the world a cold beer in the hand, LIFE is good today, LIFE is good today". Everything was perfect! I feel another song coming on, "if you really want to know were you can find me I'll be unwinding down in the island, down in the islands". Counting down the days to our next paradise getaway."

"Just book it!! This house is AMAZING. Our family of 6, ages 19 to 52, had an absolute blast. The house has a spectacular ocean view from the entire back of the house. Power went out on island, but we were not affected because of the thoughtful home design. We used the kayaks and paddle boards daily. The pool is refreshing and overlooks the ocean and the landscaping throughout the property, is breathtaking!! Communication with Monica, the host, was excellent (she even did grocery shopping for us before we arrived, which was throughly appreciated.) We felt welcomed and loved our stay."

"The house location is perfect, central island on beautiful tar bay. We throughly enjoyed the pool on our house days and the beach. Plenty of floats and beach chairs to use. The property manager was available for questions during our stay and quick to respond. The house space was perfect for our group ( part of our group stayed in Sebatical next door). Great kitchen and dining space for family style dinners. The great room was also perfect for gathering and game nights. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the home."

"Expansive views of Hoopers Bay. We stayed at this Villa with our three children as well as my adult daughter’s boyfriend. The layout was perfect with the two king rooms essentially being equivalent, we took the third king room and had the beds split into twins, which was perfect for my 10 and 13-year-old Very well appointed and well organized with everything clearly labeled and a great outdoor space with a perfectly size pool, pool toys, a cooler and everything you would need to have an amazing family vacation We have visited the island many times, and my family agrees that this is the best location, very central to both Georgetown, the airport and even some of the newer restaurants on the north side of the island. As a busy working mom, I need the VRBO to be “set it and forget it” and this delivered on every promise. The kitchen had everything you needed, the beds were comfortable, there were great blackout, shades and curtains, and all of the essentials were there (from shampoo conditioner etc to basic cooking spices). Just book it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Bay House #3 and would definitely consider returning. The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views of Elizabeth Harbor. It was a peaceful place to relax after exploring Great Exuma. The location was excellent—close to George Town, beaches, restaurants, and other island activities, while still feeling quiet and private. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a family stay. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings overlooking the water. The property manager was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide a little more information for first-time visitors about nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions. Otherwise, everything met or exceeded our expectations. Overall, Turtle Bay House #3 was an excellent home base for exploring Exuma, and we would happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, quiet waterfront stay. Overall Rating: 5/5"
