"We just returned from an incredible stay at Nautilus by the Sea. The house was so clean and well stocked. It’s new with all the amenities. Everything you need is provided. Monica will take care of you. She had groceries and lunch waiting when we arrived which was very much appreciated! She gave is recommendations for restaurants and anything else we needed. She is very kind and gracious. The view is breathtaking. The grounds are beautiful and there are so many things you can do is paddleboard, snorkel, play corn hole, swim or just sit by the pool. You can even order ahead and have some Bahama Mama’s delivered! I can not say enough good things. Thank you for an awesome experience and a wonderful memory for our family Monica!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this villa and fell in love with Exuma. The surrounding property is very-well tended and planted with a variety of fragrant flowering tropical plants and palms with a pristine and mostly deserted beach only steps away. The interior is beautifully laid out and comfortably furnished with a modern island feel. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Appliances are brand new and of high quality. The front patio is a great spot to start and end the day with a water view and the companionship of a very sweet local cat. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, towels and the amazing tent. The host was very responsive and provided really helpful information, from where to rent a car to the best places for groceries. After exploring by car, we came to really appreciate the location which is close to both the airport and the main town, and ideally located within one mile of two smaller grocery stores, one with a pharmacy. Definitely a 5 star experience all around in a very special place and we can't wait to return."

"Everything in the description was exactly as it says! This was our second year here in Exuma and this place was incredible! The beach was a very short walk and waking up the ocean was right in view from both bedrooms. Everything was up to date and if we needed anything at all our host brought it to the house within the hour! Also it is very conveniently located to grocery stores, breakfast spots and downtown Georgetown. Can’t say enough great things about 4 turtles and we will be staying there again in the future. Don’t be alarmed by the small number of reviews because this place is brand new and we were one of the first people to stay here! "Our family stayed at this beautiful VRBO in Hoopers Bay over spring break at the end of April, and we would stay here again and again and again! It was absolutely perfect for our family of four — the size of the home was just right, with comfortable beds, laundry on-site, and literally everything you could possibly need for beach adventures: flippers, snorkel gear, a paddle board, kayak, tons of floats and tubes… you name it, it was there.The beach at Hoopers Bay is stunning — soft sand, calm waters, and just steps away. The location itself couldn’t have been better either — close to the grocery store, the center of town, and as an unexpected bonus, we were there during Regatta Week, which made it even more special! Definitely rent a car, it is worth it.What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the hospitality of Eric and Lidia. They are true angels — some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met. We arrived on Easter Sunday when most restaurants and stores were closed, and they invited us to a picnic at their home. Our kids especially connected with Eric, who took them to cut down coconuts, hosted a beach fire, and patiently answered our curious 8-year-old’s endless questions about island life.Their kindness, warmth, and the love they put into their home shines through in every detail. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering Exuma, this is the place to stay!"

"Had a wonderful time on Exuma in the Pink Cottage. Location is excellent on the island and the property was in great shape with absolutely no issues or complaints. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy, he responded quickly to any questions we had. Bed was comfortable and a/c, and all appliances worked perfectly! Highly recommend!"

"This was our third time staying in Exuma. Second time staying on Hoopers Bay, our first with Ava and Cameron. It was an unforgettable stay and so reasonably priced for the amenities and everything that are included. The home has just about anything you would need on a trip, making it so easy to just let go and relax. We would love to come back and stay with Ava and Cameron again!"
