"We didn’t use the pool. The balcony could have been cleaner, as the weather was nice, so we had our morning coffee out there.. The lights under kitchen cabinets were burned out and the microwave surface light was also burned out, so pretty dark in the kitchen. Hair dryer in main bathroom didn’t work. The condo was clean. It would be nice to have a few more condiments available and Kleenex in the bathrooms. Just some small things, but would be nice. The separate of the two bedrooms was really nice and gave privacy. The location was great!"

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.The air conditioner in the room was not working properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable—especially since I was traveling with four kids, including a 6-month-old baby. Around 12:30 AM, I contacted customer care, and they informed me that a ticket had been raised and someone would call back. However, I did not receive any follow-up.I had to call two more times, but still, no one responded or resolved the issue. This lack of response and follow-up was very disappointing.I usually do not write negative feedback, but this is the first time I felt it was necessary due to the poor service and lack of accountability. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer support and response time."

"Mark and Carolyn place was amazing. Communicated very well. Very quiet when you visit Chelan in the late fall. But I had a great time. Nice king size bed, very comfortable in the master bedroom. Kitchen had plenty of gear to cook with and pretty much do whatever you wanted to do. Great place"

"Pleasant, second floor condo on South Shore. Beautiful view of the lake from balcony and short drive to downtown. Currently, the city is working on a bike pedestrian path on the main road, which will help with pedestrian safety. The bathroom and kitchen were adequate but nearing the need for an update. Love the convenience of the washer, dryer and location."
