"Modern hotel with excellent staff service. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Amenities are excellent. Being off the promenade made it easy to get around the old town, catch ferries, and people watch. Excellent breakfast, but can get very busy on some mornings. Overall, excellent stay. "

"The staff at HotelOscar were great. They greeted us upon arrival, walked us through the place, let us know when the included breakfast is. We left early before breakfast as we had an early flight out, and they packed us a 'box' brekfast to go. The room was clean and well layed out. The restaurant next door was good too. We recommend the HotelOscar, especially for early flights out as it is close to the airport."

"Modern room, clean, comfortable bed with extra quilt in roomy closet. Spare living room with comfy couch , tv and corner balcony facing beach. The only negative thing l can say is the room had a musty smell (smelled stronger in bathroom) but that wouldn’t keep me from staying there again. It was very affordable, close to airport (5€ shuttle fee)and beach/restaurants. Very helpful and prompt staff."

"Clean room in a rustic hotel. A bit early in the season so breakfast buffet was not available but they cooked breakfast to order. Further from Split than expected but transport into Split was good. Very close to the waterside with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby."

"We had a wonderful family gathering at the villa with plenty to do there to suit all ages. Everything was spotlessly clean and our hosts were super helpful. The train station is a few minutes walk away and made it an easy and cheap way to explore the area. The train line does run in front of the villa but the trains didn’t bother us at all. You probably need a car for food shopping but it’s very easy to call a taxi or Uber. I can highly recommend. "
