"Brand new and had nice features. Within a kilometer of the airport. The address is not easy to find because the streets are not easily marked which is my only criticism. Overall very warm, clean, and convenient. "
"When we arrived around 9:00PM. No one was there. Called and they asked us to stay other area far away from the room we reserved. We have to pay 30 euros out of our own pockets. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at Riva Hotel in Kaštel, Split. The hotel is in a fantastic beachfront location, offering an excellent sea view straight from the room — perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout, making the experience even smoother. In terms of location, it’s not only right by the beach but also conveniently close to Split Airport and very close to Trogir, which made sightseeing easy. The resort area itself is peaceful and quiet, which was perfect for us as we did not want to stay in the busier Split — where there also seem to be quite a few derelict buildings. An added bonus is the ample-sized free car park, which is especially convenient if you’re travelling by car.
Overall, it offers very good value for money — a comfortable stay with beautiful views, excellent service, and easy access. This is ideal for anyone looking for a low-key holiday with easy access to the beach, Trogir, Split, or the airport. We would definitely recommend it."

"Excellent apartment. Well equipped and spotlessly clean including the private hot tub and pool. Mate, the owner is onsite and gave us excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants (he even gave us a tour of the local area in his car and his son took us to the supermarket)! Great setting with sea views, lots of space and walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended. "

"Excellent villa, spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. The views are amazing and the villa is ideally situated to explore Split and Trogir. The owners Suzi and Tommo were friendly and helpful. We found the restaurant, car hire and massage suggestions were very good. The food and service at the restaurants was perfect , the car hire very reasonable and the massage was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. I would certainly recommend this villa and would love to stay there again."
