"Didn’t use A/C. Property was warn and damaged. The floors were new. Phone Didn’t work and the TV had one channel. Home shopping network. Patrons were a bit noise and yelli g in the halls. Security seemed good. Maid service was good. Won't stay there again. Price and availability was the only thi g going for it. Was on a good bus line to get to attractions."

"The property was better than expected based on what I had read in the reviews. I decided to take the risk since it was just for 1 night, free parking close to the event I attended. I'm happy I did. However, I was given the wrong room, I booked a King got 2 double beds. I overlooked it only because I just wanted a place to sleep for the night. The room details said that it would be equipped with iron/ironing board but that was not the case. Thankfully, but not ideal, an iron was available upon request."

"The elevator was broken during my visit. My room was originally on the 2nd floor, but it hadn’t been cleaned before my very late check in at 10:30p. They had a clean room available, but it was on the 5th floor. The Direct TV cable wasn’t working on the front desk said to switch inputs. That didn’t work. I was also told to use the free WiFi… but that required a password after selecting and it was not provided Felt like some staff was more knowledgeable than others, I was able to get the amenities issues resolved the next day when a different staff member was behind the counter."

"ve stayed at this hotel before, and my previous experiences have always been very pleasant. From check-in to general support, the staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. During my most recent stay, the check-in experience was still positive—the front desk staff were polite and professional. However, the checkout experience was noticeably different. The staff at that time were not very friendly, and there was a lack of presence at the desk. Basic customer service and courtesy seemed to be missing. I also experienced issues with some of the amenities. The internet, which had worked well in the past, was very slow this time. Even streaming short YouTube videos was difficult, as they frequently buffered and stopped midway. Breakfast was another area that felt below expectations. The hot meal options were quite limited, with only a few items available and minimal variety. Overall, this stay felt average compared to my previous visits, which were much better. I hope the hotel can address these inconsistencies, as I know from experience that they are capable of providing a much higher standard of service."
