"I arrived at The Great Western for 5 nights B&B and my pre booked parking space was ready when I pulled into the car park. The lady on reception was welcoming and talked me through the booking in process. My room was on the second floor, and there is a lift or stairs to get there. Definitely easier in the lift if you have bags. I was very impressed with my double room that overlooked the front car park and main road. It was very spacious and clean. "Nicely positioned hotel for what we needed. Comfortable room though a little warm at night as the supplied fan wasn't up to the job. All staff very accommodating. The pool was a little cool for us. Loveley seating in the reception area watching Fistral beach .Overall a nice hotel and the 2nd visit for us . Parking difficult as the whole road was full due to half term."
