Friendly and very helpful staff.
The only issues were that one of the mattresses was lumpy and needs replacing,
The water pressure was low and the shower water took a bout 1/2 hour to heat up.
The room was very clean with an updated shower and toilet.

For the price 1 paid for a 1 night stay in August I was pleasantly surprised my room was spotless
The lady on reception was very helpful with my enquiry’s. The only thing I didn’t like was My room overlooked a small patio area, which could do with a tidy up
Clean, nice room for a single person. My private bathroom was Cosy.
The staff's were above and beyond the call of duty. They worked hard to maitain good standards.
Everyone was happy with their stay that i saw. Wish I'd gone to the bar there looked fantastic the morning after a party look. I missed it.
Would definitely stay again.
Want a double room next time. All the rooms have private bathrooms, this is not a back packers hostel, they are families rooms.

The staff at this hotel were excellent - all really friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the facilities really let this hotel down.
I explained that I was performing at a large festival nearby so requested a late check out as I was going to be returning to my room around 2am. I was charged an additional fee for this which I didn't mind. The issue I have is that the Housekeeping team then decided to clean the hallways and room next door to mine at 9am - Very Loudly! Hoovering, chatting, opening/closing doors through paper-thin walls next door meant I was woken up after only a few hours sleep. Plus the curtains in the room were so thin the whole room was in daylight so it was impossible to get back to sleep after this.
My advise for anyone thinking of booking this hotel is go for the friendly staff but don't go if you want to get a good nights sleep!!!
The staff were very kind, polite and very helpful. There was no problem in anything and very close to the beach and cheap soo i recommend this place a lots

Was good value for what I paid, clean and comfortable with friendly staff
Good basic room, cleaned everyday and good value for money. Check in very quick and pleasant. In a great location for walking into town or for the beach
It was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly. In sn excellent spot 5 mins walk from the beach.
Only downside was when we were there they had a party of school aged children staying so the dining room was not open to us oand guests like us which meant having to search for somewhere to have breakfast or eat in our room. A mini fridge in the rooms wouldve been a great addition
Staff were very helpful and rooms neat and tidy.
Bathroom fittings were old and balcony needed replacing.
Parking out the front was at a premium.
Hotel was within short walking distance to restaurants and beach.

Over all it was ok.
The staff were really friendly.
The hot water pressure on the shower was very poor and the metal frame bunk bed for the little one didn't sound safe at all so we stuck the mattress on the floor.
Parking outside is very limited, but there is a near by street with free parking.
Good location from the beaches and just a short walk into the centre of Newquay.
Would stay again in the future.
Staff helpfull room very hot not able to open any patio door balcony out of use , room very clean no food after sept due to end of season was told but only when we asked about breakfast was we told about no food available
We travelled as a family of three and really enjoyed that the beach, attractions and dining were all in a comfortable walking distance.
The staff at the hotel were lovely and accommodating. Although there was building work going on nearby (not at the hotel itself) this didn’t disrupt our stay as work didn’t seem to start earlier than 8/8:30am.
Room was comfortable, clean and plenty of space for the three of us.
Thank you!

Overnight in Newquay
Room was pleasant enough but lacking attention to detail - some else's soap and shampoo left in bathroom, no batteries in the remote. Only 4 parking spaces and no available on street parking - had to pay £15.50 for overnight parking. Good location though.
Lovely stay, very welcoming and informative. Room was a bit noisy at points due to building works on a nearby building. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable and easy to sleep in. Located ideally within a short walk to the beach and high street where there was lots of choices of shops and places to eat. Parking was a bit tight too, didnt seem to be many spaces available. There are other parking opportunities if you need them but you would need to pay/walk to/from them.
