Overall, we had a pleasant stay but they certainly need to improve the service time at breakfast. Despite asking for our preferred time to eat breakfast, we waited 15 mins for a table one morning, and then a further 10 minutes before we were asked our order.

The rest of the hotel is in need of a bit of updating, with some wallpaper missing from the wall, scuffs here and there etc. The spa has the potential to be really nice. Yes the room was spotlessly clean and staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful clean fluffy towels and a gorgeous room with the most wonderful view of St Ives. The food and amenities all top quality soi we will be back - thankyou for a lovely stay.
