"The staff were very accommodating, letting us have an earlier check in as we had a wedding at 3pm. The breakfast the next day was one of the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely return!"

"There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?"

"Absolutely awful. Filthy, dusty, dated and smelly in the hallway. We couldn’t find another hotel to move to so had to stay, I didn’t get into the bed but covered it and the pillows with my own towels. The door wouldn’t lock so we had to wedge a chair underneath the handle. Run down and dilapidated. Bathroom disgraceful and mouldy. Asked to move rooms ( twice) and was told the internet was down so even if he wanted to he couldn’t move us! The only saving grace was the waitress was lovely and the...

"Hot, Hot, Hot. No AC, room view was of the LEV from the kitchen. Spirts bar was noisy with staff do distant they might as well of been serving from Mats"

"Staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay. Room was impeccably clean and breakfast was lovely. Only slight issue was staff were sometimes a little slow getting to us to order cooked breakfast meaning we had to miss out on the one day because we had an impatient toddler. We also had dinner on our first night and it was lush."
