Rooms are very clean and spacious and all the staff were outstanding from front desk to the valets to housekeeping! One downfall is absolutely zero places to sit in any common areas. Pool was clean and we enjoyed our time there! "

"We recently stayed at American Waterpark Resort as part of a dance competition being held at the facility. The room we booked had an infestation of ants and when we brought this to the attention of the hotel the only option they offered for resolution was to send maintenance to spray raid and put out traps (ants were all located on the bed and bedside wall) OR to send housekeeping to vacuum them up. We requested a change of room but were told that was not a possibility and 'was there anything else they could help with'. We were forced to find somewhere else to sleep for the night with no concern of the hotel as we still needed to be present at the facility for the dance competition."
