My daughter and I stayed at this property and were blown away at both the view and the hospitality. It's run by the nicest couple you can meet, who do everything themselves. Amazing customer service, includes a bus pass, offers great suggestions, kindest people (even the best dog there to pet, Heidi) and you can not beat the view from this place. 10/10 - check this place out!

Very authentic Swiss hotel owners were very engaged friendly and helpful the famous dog heidi is lovely The view from our room was exceptional They could improve by adding a toaster for breakfast even though traditionally the Swiss don’t toast bread I think the hotel was slightly over priced I’d rate the hotel as 3 star with a 5 star price tag but very friendly staff and owners it’s more like a bnb than a hotel

From the second you checked in, to the last minute of your stay - this place is perfect! Absolutely gorgeous views, away from the crowds on Interlaken, but close enough to get there quickly. The hosts are amazing, hilarious and make you feel like you're staying with friends. Book it!!

What a wonderful facility! We needed medical support, and the hotel owner was immediately able to call for help and even stood by us in the hospital. The staff is very supportive, and the facility is fantastic. We will definitely stay here again. It feels like our second home now.

Thanks Dani and Linda for an amazing stay! This is a great place to stay and enjoy Interlaken. It takes around 10 minutes on the bus to get here (bus is free thanks to the travel pass given on check in!) and is so beautiful, a much better experience than staying in Interlaken the town. Amazing hospitality and nice touches, will definitely stay again!

It was amazing 2 night stays! Breakfast was super! Dani and Linda are very friendly and nice. Heidi is also so so lovely! it’s about 20 mins bus dive to Interlaken West. Bus stop is just right there. Beautiful view of lake and mountains. Would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fassbind hotel. Dani and Linda are very kind, they gave us advices. The rooms are perfectly cleaned and decorated, the landscapes are beautiful. The coziest and loveliest hotel I have ever been to! It had a breathtaking mountain view and the hosts, Linda and Dani, were incredibly nice and accommodating. They’re very passionate about what they do and went out of their way to make sure every guest had the best experience possible. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Dani also offered specialty items for guests to taste, like unique cheeses and meats, which added a special touch. They also have the most adorable Bernese Mountain dog, who knows a few tricks—but only if you give her a treat, of course! The location was also very convenient, being just a short walk from the bus stop, making it easy to get to the Interlaken train station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was a real find. It’s an old chalet, decorated inside and out with many Swiss items. The couple who run the hotel (Linda and Dani) are wonderful hosts, very helpful, giving lots of useful tips, and very entertaining. The view from every room and the hotel garden is breathtaking. The bus stop is only 100 metres away so it was easy to reach Interlaken, especially using our free bus ticket. We are definitely planning a return visit one day. Thanks for making our stay so special!

Our stay at Hotel Fassbind was just EXCELLENT! We would recommend to everyone! Daniel and Linda were just amazing hosts... oh and heidi too! It felt like we had been welcomed into someones home. Our only regret.... we wish we had allowed more time to stay longer! The rooms were charming traditional swiss rooms, the breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had, the location was just perfect. we booked the hot tub for the evening which was great and booked a paragliding trip the next day through their website which was a real highlight. Thank you so much for having us, we cant wait to come back again!

We loved this Hotel, run by Dani and Linda. Terrific hosts, Dani loves to help visitors get settled and decide where to go, what to do, where to eat, and tell all kinds of great stories about Switzerland. They prepare a lovely buffet breakfast but Dani loves to share "special" items including his 93 y.o grandmother's apple cake, beautiful cheeses of the area and wonderful stories about where and how the cheese is made. The room was comfortable and we chose a room with a lake view and couldn't have asked for a better spot. It rained all day one day, and in spite of the rain, we were able to do much in Interlaken. Dani and Linda's Bernese Heidi will high five you if you offer her a bit of cheese and Eric their beautiful kitty is super friendly too. The cows in the neighboring fields are out early in the morning and if your windows are open, you will hear their cowbells as they graze. Wonderful place to stay. Easy 15 minute drive or bus ride into Interlaken. Highly recommend!!!
