This is an amazing property! The house is in a quaint neighborhood with great amenities. The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for evening walks around the development and longer strolls down Front Street with views of the wild horses on Carrot Island across Taylor's Creek. We added beach cruisers and a golf cart to make the experience more fun and enjoyable. I would recommend that the owner include some beach gear for renter use so they don't have to travel with those items. Otherwise, like previously mentioned, this is an awesome property!

Great Place to Stay in Beaufort

Wonderful house. Very clean, well equipped and modern. Kitchen has everything you need. Great location. Close to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Liked sitting out on the porch in the evening. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this house.

This is the second time my friends and I have had the pleasure of staying here. Since our last visit, the host added a mud room/ work area. It added a convenient space to unload through the back door. We were able to use the area to stash our coolers and grocery bags. There is also a neat desk area if someone needed to do some work. ( not us!) The house is impeccably clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. A comprehensive guide to the house, neighborhood and area is provided. The linens are of very nice quality and comfortable. If you don’t mind a longish walk, you could have a lovely time walking into Beaufort. If you plan to shop, take your car! We were 5 women. Every one of us were extremely pleased 😀.

Home away from Home

Beau Harbor was inviting and homey as soon as we walked through the door. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms are stocked with necessities and very clean. The cabinet of games kept our family busy for hours, as did the playground down the street. We have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Perfect family getaway house!

We loved our stay here. We are a family of 5 and my parents joined us and it was such a comfortable space. The house was clean, fully stocked, in a safe neighborhood, and within walking distance to the clubhouse and the water! There was also a great playground nearby, and we could easily drive to Morehead and Fort Macon. If we come back to this area again, we'll absolutely stay here.

Comfortable Stay!!!!

I searched for a comfortable house for our stay and I booked this house for a short commute time to Havelock, NC. This would help us drive a short distance and spend quality time with my friend’s daughter. We were able to organize, plan, setup, do a little shopping for the baby shower, and a few days later attend the shower at that location. We wanted everything to be ready and perfect for that special day! This house was available and it was so comfortable! It had everything we needed for our stay. The number one amenity I was looking for was to have the rooms without bunk beds because we did not have children with us. It was difficult in my search during the time I was booking a house, and it was a challenge to find a rental home with regular size beds!! This house was absolutely PERFECT! It was very clean, the inside was beautiful and comfortable, the outdoor upper deck was a great quiet place to hangout with friends, and it did have regular size beds! All guests were comfortable and very happy during our short stay. I would definitely come back and rent this house again! I highly recommend this house to anyone spending time in NC!

Fantastic Beaufort Rental

This was the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, completely furnished, with any item you might need, especially in the kitchen, and decorated beautifully inside and out. Loved sitting around the dining table talking, eating, and playing games (many games and puzzles were stocked at the home). The seating on the outside porches was wonderful and very comfortable. The whole experience was enjoyable. Everything about this rental was first class. Can’t wait to rent it again.

Well equipped, tasteful, comfortable, close to everything!

The best Beau Coast property we’ve stayed in, and host very helpful and prompt. The “potential” trop. storm brewing turned itself into quite an event and kept us inside two days, with winds howling one night… the house was solid and the power went off for only a little while early a.m. The host was most gracious to give us some extra time on the back end of our stay, to enjoy the beach time the last day and not have to clear out so early. House has everything you need, and is very well organized so you can find things! Upper porch is a wonderful place to hang out without being exposed to street view & traffic (which itself is very light.. and mostly people walking their dogs and saying hello!) We hope to stay again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful community

Our stay was awesome. The house was beautiful and well laid out. Had all the amenities we needed. The community pool was great. This location is perfect for getting to restaurants, boat tours, shopping. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great location to downtown Beaufort for food and shopping. We parked our boat just down the road, directly across from the landing. Easy on and off the water. Will use this property again for sure!

The property was a BEAUTIFUL place. They had cameras in the front and back which was fine. I felt like the host was watching every move by sending me emails when my family came to visit. I also received a call when I came back from a function after 1230 am. There was no outside commotion for me to receive a email or call. I felt like we were being stereotyped. In all my travels with VRBO this was the first time that, I felt on edge at a place.

Beaufort Gem!

The professional website for the listing and area was absolutely stunning, and 100% accurate. This was such a gem and made us feel super comfortable for a week. I keep a very clean home, and it was so refreshing to stay in a place that was utterly spotless. Was very grateful for the little things that were supplied like hair dryers in every bathroom, hand soaps, laundry detergent, paper towels etc. Our kiddos (6 & 4) loved playing together in the flex room and sharing the trundle bedroom. Glenn was very responsive and super thoughtful. The home was also filled with great info on restaurants, places to go, and things to do. We can't say enough! The community pool and club house really impressed us as well. Such a great, friendly, & safe area to go to. Can take an evening stroll to see Carrot Island and be on Front street quickly. I'm not sure if this place could get any better! We sure hope to be back again in a cooler season :)

Beautiful house and area

We just stayed for 8 nights with our adult kids/spouses (7 total) and loved everything about this house and area! Represented accurately in pictures and description. We played pickle ball, disc golf, ping pong and enjoyed the pool--all within 5 minute walk or less. Glenn is an awesome host and responds quickly to any question. So much to do in the Beaufort area and surrounding towns. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if we return to Beaufort.

A wonderful home made for a wonderful vacation!

As we pulled into the neighborhood, I had a great feeling that this would be a wonderful trip! The house met every expectation, so so clean, everything you might need to prepare some great family meals and a fabulous pool! The home is beautifully decorated and it is clear that your comfort was their goal. The owner, Glenn kept in touch, and I have no doubt would attend to any issues, if there happened to be one. The location was quiet & the neighbors/residents are very friendly. We brought our kayaks and used the kayak put-in on the private neighborhood dock and paddled to Carrot Island to see the horses and even encountered some dolphins who nudged our kayaks! Beaufort is a beautiful little town and we will definitely consider coming back and if we do, we will be staying here again!

My Husband & I along with our Daughter, husband & two children (age 6 & 9) had a wonderful time staying at Beau Harbor House! The accommodations were extremely warm & cozy, all the comforts of home! Beautifully decorated!! I can’t stay enough about it! So close to a dock which we used to take our boat out! We also got to experience the Big Rock Tournament going on in Morehead, NC!

Wish I could give 6 stars!

This rental was perfect in every way, not a single thing was lacking. Glenn was an amazing host. He has thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. His communication was always rapid and detailed. This house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. For the first hour of our visit we sat around on the comfortable furniture trying to decide which item of decor we loved the most. The window blinds won. We found informative brochures detailing the local area and a binder full of important information about the house and community amenities. The well stocked kitchen had easy to use appliances and plenty of counter space. The laundry machines ran so quietly we almost didn’t realize they were in use. We had quality family time relaxing together playing the many board games from the owners collection and watching the HD TV’s scattered throughout the house. The bonus flex family room became the kids hangout spot. The bedrooms were just as great as the downstairs. The mattress were comfortable with ample bedding and great pillows. Even our fussiest sleeper was happy with their bed. Having three bathrooms was a godsend at shower time. The community clubhouse game room was fantastic for the kids and the unheated pool was spacious. The zero entry and 4 foot deep end was perfect for the little ones. Our only regret with this rental is that we weren’t able to stay longer. If you’re planning a trip to Beaufort do not rent anywhere else, Glenn’s property has it all.

Everything about this home was perfect. It was spotless, well-appointed and the neighborhood amenities were outstanding. The owner, Glenn, was very responsive in communication. Great location! We’ll be back!

Simply Gorgeous!!

The property was exactly as represented by the website!! Absolutely beautiful!! The owners have truly not spared any expense in making sure their guests are comfortable. The furnishings & linens are of excellent quality. The property is in a very safe neighborhood & everyone we met was friendly. Glenn is so prompt & kind in his communications with you. If you rent this property, you will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning one day.

Beautiful home minutes from the water!

We enjoyed the home and especially the bonus flex room as a great play space and TV / entertainment area. The home was well stocked, and it even had a Pack-n-Play for my little one. It was clean, close to a ton of amenities, boat access, and downtown. We’ll for sure be staying here again. We plan on returning for sure!

Loved Beau Harbor!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beau Harbor house. The downstairs flex room and full bath were perfect for my mom who can’t do stairs. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and was fully stocked with everything we needed. I loved the two porch swings and the upstairs balcony off the main suite is a great. We definitely will be coming back!
