• Pool is open typically Mid-May – Mid-September 9am – 10pm daily.
• Boat/trailer parking is not allowed in Beau Coast. Guest will need to store their boats and trailers at Beaufort Docks, the closest dock to Beau Coast. You can also use the wildlife ramp located at Lennoxville Road but keep in mind boat/trailer parking is not permitted at the rental property.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy - no fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
