Summary - Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a hot tub (included in the price).

Changeover Day - Friday and Monday. Short breaks are available off peak.

Dog-Friendly -1 small well behaved dog (£20/dog extra). Paved, fully enclosed courtyard (not a large area for exercising a dog in). The front and kitchen doors open onto quiet streets so dog and children need to be supervised at all times.

Suitability - Situated over two floors. Both bathrooms are upstairs.

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 - super king bedroom with en suite. Bedroom 2 - full sized bunk bedroom with smart TV. Bedroom 3 - double bedroom.

Bathrooms - En suite shower room and separate WC with basin. Family bathroom - bath, separate shower, WC and basin.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/ Freezer (3 drawers), microwave, cafetiere, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen table with seating for six. Door to courtyard/ hot tub. Door to side street. Utility cupboard with iron and ironing board.

Sitting Room - Two large sofas, single armchair, log burner with first basket of logs supplied, Smart TV with Sky and Netflix included.

Outdoors - Enclosed courtyard, door to garage.

Hot Tub - Seats four comfortably. Please request at checkout. Cost is included from April-October. Additional £175 if required for stays from late Oct-late March. Seats four comfortably.

Parking - Street parking, if available, (first come first served but please be considerate to local residents) or on The Green where there is a daily / weekly charge.

Children - Highchair, travel cot (bedding not supplied) and stair gate available upon request at time of booking.

Bikes / Prams - Can be stored in locked garage. Access from the street and from courtyard.

Booking Details - Please note a 30% deposit (excluding last minute bookings) and a booking fee is required at the time of booking. Balance payment due at least 30 days prior to the start of your holiday.
