This was a cheap basic hotel: clean, functional, and close to the town centre. However the amenities were minimal, no bottled water, and really minimal coffee/tea in the room (ie: 1 instant coffee, 1 tea-bag, and no milk), breakfast was disappointing with no cooked or warm offerings. The rooms in the hotel (other than the bedrooms) look like they haven’t been updated since the late 1950s, which has a quaint retro style I guess. The front-desk staff were very helpful in the evening (it’s worth noting that the reception is shared with the neighbouring Hotel des Ramparts) however there was nobody there to return my key to the next morning! I was able to find parking on the street, which you can pay for the previous evening in order not to have to worry the next morning.

Seriously don’t book here. I’m officially making a complaint. My son and daughter in law were allocated room 7. The room backs onto the breakfast room. 1am all the lights come on and they noisily start preparing the room. They are totally exhausted. We told the staff we had a 6:30 am departure. The man in reception told me countless people have had exactly the same experience, but the owner continues to sell the room. He told us to complain as he is sick of having customers complain about the same issue. Frankly an appalling experience. Don’t bother with this hotel.

Beautiful old hotel not far from the main square. No restaurant so we walked a bit to find a few good places. Go on a weekend for free street parking. Room was very cool, but on the second floor—watch out if you have heavy bags. Very quiet. I don’t recommend their little buffet breakfast for an additional 15€; it was bad drip coffee and puce of cheese and sliced baguette—totally not worth it.

We only stayed 2 nights. The room was ok but there was not enough plug sockets. The fridge was hot, I put my babies milk in it and in the morning it was like it had been microwaved. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but I feel like a few small improvements could be made - the textured wall paper needs to go too!

Meget venlig og hjælpsomt personale. Hyggeligt værelse med alt hvad vi skulle bruge - også en god AC. Virkelig god morgenmad. Alt hvad du skal bruge i Frankrig og lidt til - serveret i et skønt område. Dog larmer værelset meget - vi vågnede kl. 01 af vores overboer kom hjem og hele vores loft knirkede forde de bare gik rundt. Ikke et stille værelse.

This hotel is in a very old building. There is no lift, so you must carry your luggage up and down the stairs. We are older and found this to be difficult. The hotel is located close to the heart of town, so good from that perspective, but it is a 15 minute walk from the train station. There are no taxi's in Beaune, so the only way was to walk with luggage. This was challenging for us. There is come charm in an old building, but this didn't have it. The bathroom left much to be desired. There is a bathtub only, with a hand wand "shower", but nothing mounted to the wall to fasten the hand wand to so that one could "shower". Getting into and out of the tub was challenging, no hand rails or something hold onto. The hotel would benefit from offering car service to and from the train station.

ホテルからは街の中心街に近く、駅からも歩いて行ける距離でロケーションはとても良いです。部屋の雰囲気も良いのですが、鍵が古く開けにくい、シャワーにカーテンがない、トイレか臭うことが気になりました。エレベーターが無いので、重いスーツケースは運びにくいです。
