La Pebrinette is a flowered house located on a large plot (about 5000 m²), in Quercy, 30 minutes from the cloister of Moissac, Agen and its prunes, as well as Walibi (40 minutes).

You can visit remarkable sites including many lakes, magnificent villages such as Montjoi, Montcuq or even the medieval town of Lauzerte, as well as the Bonaguil castle, without forgetting the Lot wine routes. You can also participate in local festivals and daily markets where you will have the opportunity to discover local products.

Many activities are nearby such as nautical bases (Beauville and Montaigu-de-Quercy), hiking and cycling, and beautiful typical villages of the South West to visit.

In Montauban, an hour away, you will also have the opportunity to discover the splendid city center, the Natural History Museum and the Ingres Museum.

The house is composed of 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, and a mezzanine with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom bath, a shower room, and two toilets.

You can take your meals outside the house, large terrace, with summer kitchen (plancha) right next to the swimming pool.

The ground is raised, shaded, and flowery.
