"I will try to be as fair as I can here with our review. The house is absolutely gorgeous sitting on a no wake zone of the beaver river. We had previously taken 3 trips to the marina without too much problems. The owners always seemed to have a little anxiety with us launching on their ramp. The first trip was a day trip that we gladly paid the $50 transient dock fee and was told that they let me "slide" by using their ramp. 2nd visit was an overnight trip that once again, we gladly paid the...

"We needed a place to stay while visiting a loved one that was in the hospital. Little did we know how perfect these little gems would be! Patricia was a great host! The cottages at the river harbor were very clean and had everything we needed. Not to mention that they are located right on the river! Amazing!
