"It was our 2nd time staying at Embassy Suites. The staff are helpful and check in frequently via text. The breakfast is amazing especially since it’s complimentary with a decent selection. What we noticed is the building and room are old. We had a problem with our bathroom sink where we couldn’t pull up the stopper piece. Front desk immediately sent someone. Later that same night, we noticed flooding on the bathroom floor. I guess we got unlucky with a bad room but again, a repair person immediately fixed the leak after we reported it. But it was such an inconvenience. And then we experienced a false alarm around 12:35am that required evacuation into the cold. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault but after all the inconveniences in one day, it was just too much. Hence, we give it a 2-star but the staff do work hard."
