Property appeared clean at first glance. I liked that they use white bedding so you could see it was clean. Unfortunately the room had cockroaches and a HUGE centipede as big as my hand crawled out of the bathroom drain. Also, there was tons of hair on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower. Towels were clean but washcloths had a lot of hairs stuck to them. Elevator smelled like vomit and the floor was in need of a cleaning. Staff was so sweet and accommodating. I'd say the staff was the best part of our stay.

This trip was not very good! There was a dog barking down the hall that kept me awake most nights! I have no idea where the owner was and this went on for hours. Once again the fire alarm went off at about 1:20 am ! This seems to happen every time I stay at this location. This time I just put in my ear buds and went back to sleep. Usually it is someone smoking and I do smell cigarette smoke right before the alarm went off. This does become annoying after a.time so I am definitely asking my company to put me at a different location

I have low rating because of two reasons - 1. We hard just one or two towels in bathroom 2. Breakfast was very limited - few cupcakes, oat meal, coffee and hot water 3. Bathroom sink was clogged We stayed just one night - did not have time or energy to complain to staff. But they were very good, I was happy with my limited interaction with staff and front desk.

The room was clean, the bed was okay and the shower was good. There were some loud people on each floor but I was really tired so it didn’t affect me. There were some picnic benches and a BBQ in the back of the building that attracted some unsavory characters. They didn’t bother me.
