"Having had troubles with Expedia hotel booking, the front desk manager of the hotel, Jennifer, patiently assisted us in correcting the issue. Neither the hotel or ourselves were at fault. Our trip was about Life celebration of my aunt and a family reunion - so she made it possible to concentrate on that purpose and not worry about the booking issue. Bravo to her professionalism, friendly face, caring and understanding! Thank you again Jennifer!"
