"No communication via Expedia/VRBO but eventually made contact directly. Issue on arrival with no keys or gate entry and it was pouring with rain. Resolved quickly as another arrival had taken all the keys from box!! Reasonably spacious airy flat in good location close to nightlife and shops (but not riverside or cathedral view as advertised) but close to both. Easy walk into all the amenities in town. "Beautifully decorated and very well maintained hotel. Room was very well equipped, a spotlessly clean. Brilliantly located for the centre of town. Very helpful staff and very simple and efficient check in/out process."

"Great location. Beautifully clean inside. Well equipped kitchen. Double bed very comfortable, but creaks a lot especially when getting in and out of it - not great for light sleepers. Outside space needs to be tidied up and weeded - lets the place down badly. Small maintenance jobs, like renewing the plug in the bathroom, ensuring the pedal bin works properly have been outstanding for a long time when looking through the maintainance log."
