"The property has some maintenance issues that need sorting. Carpet to bathroom and bedroom is loose. Its a curved staircase and its very dangerous. I asked about fixing it which i was told would be done by handyman. All he did was tuck it in so within a day was loose again which caused an accident. "We stayed for four nights during May Half Term. The flat was perfect for our needs with everything we needed for a family of four. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and we enjoyed the views from the windows. The location is fantastic being just a short walk into town and the beach. We always found a parking spot nearby but sometimes it took a little while for one to become available. Communication from Kerry was fantastic, thank you for a wonderful stay."

"This property is excellent fresh modern reasonable and a brilliant view . It’s close enough to everything but you feel like you are the better side of Scarborough. "My and my husband along with our pooch poppy had a lovely weekend away for our first wedding anniversary. Beach is a 5 min walk away and was lovely to walk along each day. We walked to Redcar along the sea front one day which was 4.5miles and a lovely day to do it. Accommodation was fab and a lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend!"
