"Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, couldn’t do enough for us, we were greeted by shalom on arrival, lovely gentleman, asset to this hotel. Highly recommend especially if you are looking to stay near the outdoor ski slope as it’s just across the road, Gloucester quays/town centre just a short drive away. "

"I had the most wonderful room in the old part of the building. Warm and spacious, comfy bed, lovely seating and dressing area, clean bathroom with a lovely shower! I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Quick and easy walk over the lovely river to the RSC and Stratford. Parking on site is easy but limited, but there is plenty of parking nearby. The best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff that we spoke to. From welcome to departure all the staff couldn't do enough to help! Wonderful place!"

"Very spacious, clean room, but very little storage space for a couple. Everywhere was very bright, clean and spacious. The only problem with the breakfast was that the chairs were far too low for the tables. A wonderful location, ideal for exploring Stratford. "
