The Lugano Dante hotel is a great hotel, the location can't be beaten, steps from the funicular and right by the city center, we walked everywhere. This hotel is very generous in terms of taking of customers, free drinks in room mini bar, coffee, espresso, apples, waters in the lobby, make one feel so much like home. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Switzerland (only behind the 5 stars hotel we stayed in Zurich), great selection with authentic Italian grilled veggies, cheeses, ham ,...

On site parking, good breakfast and super clean. Short walk to the center of town.

The staff was amazing, from check in to check out, I have yet to meet as many people who care about your comfort and stay like they did at this hotel.

Great location and great view of the lake , only a 4 minute walk from train station

LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. There seemed to be a pleasant and unexpected surprise around every corner with a fresh interpretation of old meets new. Would highly recommend...

Great Views, food and drink. Friendly staff, across from train station so very easy access. Walk along the lake to many nice areas. Scenery is fantastic

Short stroll down the ramp from the main buses and trains. Host brought us to door just down the block and showed us to our little apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped; even a dishwasher. Beautiful corner room with nice view down the alleys. Around the bend from our doorway was a cement patio with flowers to relax. The breakfast was great.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff here were absolutely above and beyond. They were so kind and understanding id stay here again and highly recommend then hotel to anyone staying in the area. Also extremely Clean and very close walk to lots of amazing things.

Absolutely gorgeous view of the Lake, Swiss Alps, garden, from both the restaurant and room. Delicious food and wonderful staff!

I loved the views and that we had access to amazing grocery store (similar to Whole Foods) with a 15 minute walk (it’s moderate intensity to walk as some of it is uphill.) loved the huge rooms , even with the kitchen and all the amenities of an apartment and of course the balcony!

We arrived at the hotel at a relatively early hour, checked in and left our luggage in the hotel. After a day of sightseeing in the area we returned to the hotel. The receptionist took us to the room and only after they entered the room did she say, "We gave you an upgrade." We are left speachless, a stunning suite, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a huge balcony with sunbeds overlooking the wonderful view of Lake Lugano. We had a very pleasant stay here while en route from France to Italy. The hotel was extremely convenient to the train station, and, even though we arrived after the front desk had closed, we easily arranged to have the keys left for us in a lock box. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we found Lugano utterly charming and scenic. The room is small by American standards, but spacious relative to what you would expect to find in larger European cities. I'd gladly recommend it to rail travels...

This hotel is a very beautiful place to spend your vacation at, it has a gorgeous view to the lake ,the rooms are so spacious and clean .the staff are really their for you if you need anything .plus the managers and the receptionists are above and beyond they greet you every time they see you, they help you with any small things that you need.i really recommend this hotel to every person want to visit lugano.

Our stay was exceptional with a nice balcony and view. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and they even provided a complimentary smart vehicle to take into the city. Nice touch.
